Shipping Areas
VeldCraft currently delivers within selected provinces in South Africa, including Gauteng, North West, and Free
State. Expansion into additional regions may occur in future phases.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery time is approximately 7–10 working days depending on location, courier availability, and
operational conditions.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on
weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
VeldCraft currently offers:
• Flat Rate Shipping: R250 per order
• Free Shipping on orders above qualifying promotional thresholds where applicable.
Packaging Standards
All products are carefully packaged using reinforced protective packaging, bottle dividers, secure sealing
methods, and premium presentation standards to minimize damage during transit.
Damaged Deliveries
If products arrive damaged, customers must notify VeldCraft within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs,
proof of purchase, and packaging images. Replacement products or store credit may be considered at VeldCraft’s
discretion.
Alcohol products may only be delivered to persons legally permitted to purchase alcohol in South Africa. Delivery
personnel may request identification upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring availability to receive
deliveries. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional delivery charges.
